How do the free limits work?
A free account can start 5 new lessons and 1 review session a day. The count resets at midnight in your phone’s time zone. The few “foundation” lessons a brand-new rabbithole adds on its own don’t count.
How do I cancel Rabbithole Pro?
Your app store manages the subscription. On Android, open Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Rabbithole and tap Cancel. You keep Pro until the end of the period you have paid for.
I bought Pro but the app still says Free.
Open More → Rabbithole Pro → Restore purchases while signed in to the account you want Pro on. Make sure the phone is signed in to the same Google account you paid with. Still stuck? Email us with your account email and the Google Play order number (it starts with GPA.).
Can I get a refund?
Payments go through Google Play, so refunds follow Google Play’s refund policy. If something went wrong on our side, write to us as well.
I forgot my password.
On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password?, enter your email, and type the 6-digit code we send you along with a new password. If the email doesn’t arrive, check your spam folder or write to us. If you signed up with Google, just choose “Continue with Google” again.
Is my data used to train AI?
No. We don’t train models, and our AI provider processes requests under terms that don’t allow training on them by default. The details are in the Privacy Policy.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: More → Account → Delete account. Or see how account deletion works, including how to do it by email.
